Rolfing is performed with the client wearing comfortable undergarments. Appropriate attire would be bra & briefs for women, and fitted boxers or briefs for men. Sheets are always provided for the client's comfort.
Each Rolfing session is 75 minutes, which includes intake interview, structural analysis, table time, and movement education.
Please note that a brief complimentary phone consult is required for first-time clients prior to the first session. This provides me an opportunity to assess your needs, and also allows you to ask questions.
Each session is $140, by appointment only.
